Job Description

Vaid International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our WhatsApp Business Marketing, Email Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, and Customer Engagement activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing platforms, and the ability to generate business opportunities through effective marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. WhatsApp Business Marketing

- Plan, create, and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Send product promotions, offers, catalogues, and company updates to potential and existing customers.
- Manage WhatsApp Business customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer broadcast lists and contact databases.
- Create attractive WhatsApp promotional messages and marketing templates.
- Manage campaigns in accordance with WhatsApp's messaging policies.

2. Email Marketing

- Create and execute skilled B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Design attractive promotional emails, newsletters, and product introduction emails.
- Manage bulk email campaigns using email marketing software.
- Maintain, organize, and update customer email databases.
- Track email campaign performance, customer responses, and enquiries.
- Follow up with interested customers to generate business opportunities.

3. B2B Lead Generation

- Identify potential customers, including corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, schools, industries, and facility management companies.
- Generate qualified leads through WhatsApp, email, and online research.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for quotation requests and business enquiries.




- Follow up on marketing leads to support sales conversions.

4. Marketing Content & Campaign Management

- Create professional marketing content, product promotions, and advertisements.
- Design basic promotional creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Assist in promoting the company's product range and new launches.
- Plan and execute regular marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.

5. Database Management & Reporting

- Maintain accurate customer databases using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Track daily marketing activities, customer enquiries, and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Email Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Canva.
- Ability to write professional business emails and marketing messages.
- Good organizational and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in B2B marketing, bulk email campaigns, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve marketing targets.

Experience

- Freshers with good communication and digital marketing skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
- Previous experience in WhatsApp Business Marketing, Email Marketing, or B2B Lead Generation is an advantage.
