We are hiring a property Manager to take care of daily operations for a new branch of Of corporate stays for women called Zazen Living India LLP based in Perungudi. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and valuable with people.
Responsibilities:
* Screening tenants, Collect rent and manage tenant communications.
* Proficient with computer software working, ability to work on property management software.
* Handle maintenance and repair requests and assign it to maintenance staff.
* Manage HouseKeeping people, keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained.
* Show vacant units and help with renting. * Keep records and help with basic budgeting.
* Managing Security team and Maintaining House keeping roasters.
* Take Energy meter readings /per unit/Month and raise EB usage bill through the software.
* Work with vendors ,service providers and maintenance team.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in property management is a plus
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
* Basic computer knowledge and should be able to navigate.
