Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls using leads generated from marketing campaigns and partner channels

● Initiate conversations around family financial security, rising education costs, and the importance of long-term planning

● Help customers understand why proactive financial protection planning is significant for their family

● Encourage and schedule consultation calls with the advisory team for a detailed discussion

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call notes, and lead status in internal systems

● Conduct timely follow-ups with interested prospects who have not yet scheduled a consultation

● Consistently meet daily outreach and consultation booking targets

● Collaborate closely with the advisory team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects {ITS A HYBRID JOB}
