Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of HR recruiter. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

Responsibilities

- Will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring manager and/or panel interviews
- Conduct resume screening, behavioural interviews, and talent calibration sessions that lead to hiring decisions
- Conducting thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical baseline skills be successful in the IT Environment
- Coordinate Job Fairs and lead execution
- Lead the creation of recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the HRIS and track applicant flow
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interviewing and selection process with hiring managers
- Create and send offer letters and current employee orientation packages
- Coordinate development of an onboarding plan (first day/first 30-60-90 days)




- Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet company demand

Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience 0-1 yrs.
- Minimum Qualification Master Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource(HR).
- Excellent Email writing and verbal communication skills.
- Continuous interaction with hiring managers on a regular basis.
- Source and Prequalify Quality candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline against open positions.
- Able to withstand pressure and work towards closing all the open positions within the agreed SLA
- Hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical and Non-technical (Financial) professionals.
- Familiarity with sourcing strategies aligned to Passive sourcing
- Hands on exposure in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn with or without a paid account
- Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements.
- Must have the capacity to both understand and communicate effectively on complex technologies.
