Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers, helping them find their ideal residential or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Pitch residential and commercial real estate projects effectively.
- Understand customer requirements regarding budget, location, and property type.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the field sales team.
- Follow up with warm leads and maintain accurate daily call logs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Hindi; good working knowledge of English is highly preferred.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive communication skills over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business).
- Ability to handle rejections professionally and stay motivated.
