We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance and administrative functions of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain proper records of expenses, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and MIS.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and outstanding amounts.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Assist with salary-related accounting and employee expense records.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and financial reviews.




- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, reconciliation, and basic taxation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling complete day-to-day accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting software/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in a corporate or service-based organization will be an advantage.
