Shimmers is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Manager to manage stock and daily warehouse operations for our growing e-commerce decoration business.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate SKU-wise stock registers and inventory records.
- Calculate opening stock, inward stock, dispatches, returns, damages and closing stock.
- Perform daily stock reconciliation and physical inventory checks.
- Manage inwarding, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and stock transfers.
- Track inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and other e-commerce channels.
- Prepare daily stock reports and Excel-based inventory MIS.
- Identify stock shortages, excess inventory, damaged goods and slow-moving products.




- Plan replenishment and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure accurate and timely dispatches.

Requirements

- 2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong numerical and stock calculation skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience maintaining written stock registers and inventory reports.
- E-commerce warehouse experience preferred.
- Honest, organised, responsible and detail-oriented.

Important: Candidates must be able to independently calculate stock, maintain accurate records and identify inventory discrepancies.
