*Key Responsibilities:*

* Source and screen candidates through job portals and referrals.

* Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, and documentation.

* Manage end-to-end recruitment, joining, and onboarding follow-ups.

* Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
