Role Overview

The Associate – Cluster Manager will manage daily operations across assigned areas, ensure smooth service execution, improve field team performance, and maintain service quality while supporting the Cluster Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across assigned areas and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Reduce booking losses and improve EOB closures, utilization, productivity, and on-time service delivery.
- Monitor performance dashboards, identify operational bottlenecks, and take data-driven decisions.
- Manage service experts’ attendance, shift readiness, performance, and availability.




- Conduct daily team briefings and engagement activities to improve productivity and retention.
- Monitor turnaround time (TAT), service quality, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with central operations, training, supply, and city teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for the RCLM.

Eligibility Requirements

- Experience: 1–5 years in operations, logistics, field workforce management, or startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Salary & Compensation

- Maximum Compensation: Up to ₹41,000 in-hand per month.
