About the Job
Zendo is a real estate company that lists warehouses and industrial properties across India. We are looking for Field Executives who know their local area well and can visit warehouses, godowns and industrial sheds to collect property details.
Your Work
- Visit warehouses and industrial properties in your area
- Meet property owners and collect property details
- Take transparent inside photos of the property (floor, roof, loading area, office, washrooms)
- Fill in property details on the Zendo mobile app
- Find new vacant warehouses and godowns in your area
Requirements (Must Have)
- Own motorcycle or scooter
- Valid driving licence
- Android smartphone with a good camera
- Good knowledge of local roads and industrial areas
- Able to read and fill forms in Hindi or English
- Polite and confident while talking to property owners
Good to Have
- Experience in field work, delivery, sales, surveys or property dealing
- ITI or diploma in civil or electrical (not mandatory)
