- Oversee agent licensing, activation, and performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
- Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in agency sales or insurance sales (Health Insurance preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork.
