About the Role
We are looking for a Sr. Associate – Transaction Processing – Insurance to join a leading IT firm in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have experience in US Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, Disability or Leave Administration, along with strong voice-process and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex insurance and benefit administration activities with minimal supervision.
- Review claim-related documentation and determine appropriate next steps.
- Communicate with providers, clients, and other stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Manage follow-ups and resolve pending or outstanding requests.
- Process transactions accurately while meeting quality, productivity, and SLA standards.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve processing exceptions.
- Maintain accurate and complete process documentation.
- Support multiple product lines, processes, and workflows.
- Assist in training, coaching, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Escalate complex issues and exceptions to the appropriate leadership team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in US Insurance, Claims Processing, Healthcare Operations, Disability, or Leave Administration is preferred.
- Prior experience in a voice/contact centre process is required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- B2-level communication proficiency or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation
3 LPA – 6 LPA, depending on relevant experience, last drawn salary, and supporting salary documents.
