- Conduct site visits for measurements and feasibility checks.
- Take and record accurate site measurements.
- Follow up with leads that cannot be closed over the phone.
- Support the sales team during field follow-ups.
- Assist during installation days.
- Check site readiness before installation.
- Coordinate with customers during installation.
- Prepare and track snag lists.
- Identify upcoming projects in the local market.
- Track builders and competitor activities.
- Log every visit and call in the Control Tower before the end of the day.
- Provide regular updates on field activities and customer/site status.
