RMX Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a 34-year-old manufacturing company. We are building a dedicated Pressure Washer Business Unit and are looking for a business leader to take it from the ground up.

About the Role
The Business Head Pressure Washer will own the PW business P&L; end to end across India. This is a founder-mode mandate: you will build the business from a standing start to a 50 Cr scale over five years. You will set category strategy and go-to-market plans, expand the dealer and distributor network, and lead the regional sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the Pan-India P&L; and deliver annual revenue targets against the strategic plan
- Define category strategy, product/portfolio direction and go-to-market plans
- Build and expand the dealer and distributor network across India, prioritising territories by business density
- Drive commercial and institutional business development alongside the dealer channel
- Lead and performance-manage a regional field team, and own hiring decisions as the team scales
- Manage pricing, channel margins and territory economics
- Drive marketplace and D2C alignment with the Marketplace,



Product, Marketing and Service teams
- Travel extensively across India
- Scale the business to 50 Cr by FY32.

Candidate Profile

- 1015 years of experience in sales/business leadership in Power Tools, Home Improvement, Pressure Washers, Pumps, Industrial Cleaning Equipment, Consumer Durables, or a comparable dealer-driven (B2B2C) category
- Direct P&L; ownership
- Proven track record of building a dealer/distributor network from scratch, or scaling one across multiple regions
- Experience managing a lean, geographically distributed team of regional managers
- Robust commercial acumen in pricing, channel margins and territory economics
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with founder-level ownership and limited initial infrastructure
- Ability to work cross-functionally without direct authority
- Exposure to Amazon/Flipkart and D2C channels is an advantage
- Willingness to travel extensively across India

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)
