Job Purpose:-

Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organisation's point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization.

Role & responsibilities

1. Execution & Target Management

- Ensure achievement of Circlelevel monthly MI targets as per approved rollout plan.
- Monitor feeder wise MI saturation.
- Validate daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans submitted by IPs.

2. Staffing Agency and IP Governance

- Supervise and control performance of IPs against agreed SLA, SOPs and MI targets.
- Conduct daily reviews, field inspections, and corrective actions.
- Recommend notices, penalties, or escalation actions in case of persistent underperformance.

3. Coordination with DISCOM & AMISP Teams

- Act as primary Circlelevel interface with DISCOM officers.




- Align MI activities with DISCOM operations (shutdowns, permissions, campaigns).
- Participate in joint reviews, inspections, and audits.

4. Consumer Interaction & Grievance Resolution

- Oversee onground consumer interaction quality during MI.
- Coordinate with field teams for quick grievance redressal.
- Escalate systemic consumer issues for corrective SOP changes.

Years Of Experience:-

- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in:
- Power distribution projects
- Metering / AMI / field execution
