- Responsible for overall production operations of the Structure Rolling Mill, ensuring smooth and efficient mill operations as per production plans.
- Monitor rolling processes, mill parameters, product quality, yield, productivity, and material consumption.
- Lead shift teams and coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance, Quality, and Dispatch departments for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, quality requirements, and achieve production targets with minimum downtime and wastage.
Desired Candidate:
- Experience in Hot Rolling Mill mandatory.
- Relevant experience in the respective role.
- Solid teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work at the Asansol location.
