Requirements

- Solid academic projects or internships in CAD modelling, manufacturing, or aerospace applications
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and mechanical design fundamentals

Required Skill Sets Tools

- CAD: SolidWorks, Siemens NX, CATIA
- Drafting: AutoCAD
- Documentation: MS Office
- Design Knowledge: Engineering drawings, GDT basics, and manufacturing processes

Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering

Key Responsibility Areas

- CAD Modeling Design
- Create 3D part models and basic assemblies using SolidWorks / Siemens NX / CATIA
- Perform CAD clean-up and geometry corrections




- Assist in concept sketches and preliminary layouts

- Drawings GDT

- Generate 2D manufacturing drawings with standard tolerances
- Apply basic GDT as per ASME Y14.5

- Assembly Integration

- Assist in assembly mating and integration checks
- Integrate COTS components (fasteners, brackets, hardware)

- Data Change Management

- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECO/ECN) execution
- Convert legacy data (STEP / IGES formats) into editable CAD models
