Job Summary

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models for real-world business applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming, machine learning, statistics, data preprocessing, and model development skills. The candidate will work with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to build scalable and reliable ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement machine learning models for business problems.
- Collect, clean, transform, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and identify patterns and insights.
- Perform feature engineering and feature selection.
- Train, validate, test, and optimize machine learning models.
- Select appropriate ML algorithms based on business requirements.
- Evaluate models using appropriate performance metrics.
- Perform hyperparameter tuning and model optimization.
- Build reusable ML pipelines and workflows.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Monitor model performance and identify model degradation.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers,



and business teams.
- Document models, experiments, datasets, and technical solutions.
- Continuously research new machine learning techniques and tools.

Required Skills

- Robust programming skills in Python.
- Good understanding of Machine Learning algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Knowledge of:

- Linear Regression
- Logistic Regression
- Decision Trees
- Random Forest
- XGBoost / Gradient Boosting
- K-Means Clustering
- Classification and Regression

- Good understanding of statistics and probability.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of model evaluation and validation techniques.
- Good SQL skills.
- Understanding of Git/version control.

Good to Have

- Experience with Deep Learning.
- PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- NLP or Computer Vision experience.
- Generative AI / LLM knowledge.
- Experience with MLflow or other MLOps platforms.
- Docker and containerization.
- AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Kubernetes.
- Databricks or Spark.
- Experience deploying ML models through REST APIs or FastAPI.
- Knowledge of model monitoring and ML lifecycle management.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
