Job Summary

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, integrate, and deploy AI/ML solutions for real-world business applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, good knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and AI application development.

The candidate will work closely with engineering and business teams to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI/ML applications using Python.
- Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models.
- Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs.
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using documents, databases, and vector stores.
- Develop and integrate AI Agents and agentic workflows.
- Work with LLM APIs and AI frameworks.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
- Develop APIs and backend services for AI applications.
- Integrate AI models with existing applications and business systems.
- Work with vector databases and embedding models.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, accuracy, and cost.
- Deploy AI/ML applications using cloud or containerized environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot AI applications in production.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product teams.

Required Skills





- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Positive understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with Generative AI / LLM applications.
- Knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and embeddings.
- Understanding of RAG architecture.
- Experience with REST APIs / FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
- Good understanding of software development and debugging.
- Familiarity with Git/version control.

Good to Have

- Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI.
- LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
- Vector databases such as FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or other LLM APIs.
- Experience with Hugging Face / Transformers.
- Deep Learning using PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- AWS / Azure / GCP.
- MLflow or other MLOps tools.
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Speech AI.
- Experience deploying AI applications in production.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
- Strong Python programming and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML applications or projects.
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical AI solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Candidates with strong GenAI/LLM projects and relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
