Job Summary

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with valuable experience in D365 CRM, SQL Server, SSIS, and data integration.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications. The role will also involve creating and managing SSIS packages for data migration, data transformation, and integration between D365 CRM and other systems.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of CRM customization, workflows, data migration, SQL queries, and troubleshooting integration-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dynamics 365 CRM Development

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM according to business requirements.

- Configure entities/tables, fields, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and relationships.

- Work with CRM security roles, users, teams, and access levels.

- Develop and maintain CRM workflows and business processes.

- Understand and work with CRM activities such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.

- Support existing D365 CRM applications and resolve production issues.

- Perform configuration and customization based on functional requirements.

2. SSIS Development

- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

- Create ETL processes for extracting data from different source systems.

- Transform and validate data before loading it into the target system.

- Load data into D365 CRM and SQL Server databases.

- Develop data migration packages for CRM implementations and upgrades.

- Handle data cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation.

- Schedule and monitor SSIS jobs.

- Troubleshoot SSIS package failures and data-related issues.

3. SQL Server

- Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

- Perform data analysis and validation using SQL Server.

- Troubleshoot database and data-integration issues.

- Optimize queries and ETL processes where required.

- Work with large volumes of data during migration and integration activities.

4. D365 CRM Integration

- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external applications and databases.

- Understand CRM APIs and integration concepts.

- Work with REST APIs/Web APIs where required.





- Support data synchronization between CRM and other systems.

- Identify and resolve integration failures and data inconsistencies.

5. Data Migration

- Perform data migration from legacy applications to D365 CRM.

- Prepare source data for migration.

- Create source-to-target mapping documents.

- Develop SSIS packages for migration.

- Validate migrated data in D365 CRM.

- Troubleshoot duplicate, missing, or incorrect records.

6. Production Support

- Analyze and resolve D365 CRM and SSIS production issues.

- Monitor integration jobs and data loads.

- Investigate errors using CRM logs, SQL Server, and SSIS logs.

- Coordinate with functional teams and business users to understand issues.

- Provide timely resolution and root-cause analysis.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Relevant industry experience can be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Experience Required

- 25 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM.

- Hands-on experience with SSIS and SQL Server.

- Experience in CRM data migration and integration.





- Experience troubleshooting production issues.

- Good understanding of SDLC and development practices.

10. Supporting production deployments and resolving issues.

11. Preparing technical documentation.

12. Coordinating with business analysts, testers, and other developers.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has strong practical knowledge of D365 CRM along with SSIS and SQL Server.

The candidate should be comfortable working on both CRM customization and backend data integration. Good troubleshooting skills and experience with data migration will be an advantage.
