Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and sales of retail outlets.

- Achieve sales targets and business growth.

- Lead, train, and motivate the retail sales team.

- Monitor customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Manage stock, displays, pricing, and product availability.

- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and back-office teams for smooth operations.

- Track daily sales, inventory, and outlet performance.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Implement promotions and seasonal sales activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of retail sales experience preferred.

- Experience in food, sweets, bakery, FMCG, or retail will be an advantage.

- Strong sales, team management, and customer-handling skills.

- Valuable communication and leadership abilities.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/POS and retail operations.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and festive seasons.
