Role & responsibilities

• Develop and validate manufacturing processes for aero engine components.

• Review and optimize machining strategies, cutting parameters, and tooling for complex materials like Inconel, Titanium, and Stainless Steels.

• Support process design, layout planning, and technology selection for current product development.

• Drive process capability improvements (Cp, Cpk) and ensure adherence to aerospace quality and regulatory requirements.

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or non-conformances.

• Develop detailed process documentation: PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Sheets, and Tooling Drawings.

• Introduce automation and digital manufacturing practices where feasible.

Preferred candidate profile

M.Tech from IITs and NITs preferred
