Job Title: AI Governance Service Lead

Job Description:

TMotions is launching a new AI Security and Governance service to help organisations adopt, build and operate AI systems in a secure, responsible and controlled way. We are looking for a strong customer facing AI Governance Service Lead to help build and lead this new service line. This is a consulting and advisory role, not an AI development role. The successful candidate will work closely with our Head of Delivery, AI development team, Information Security team and Sales team to deliver AI governance readiness assessments, AI risk reviews, policy and control recommendations, and practical implementation roadmaps for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI Governance Readiness Assessment engagements for Clients. • Run client workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
- Identify and document AI use cases, risks, controls and governance gaps.
- Prepare AI risk registers, maturity scorecards, gap assessments and executive reports.
- Help clients define AI governance operating models, policies and approval processes.
- Assess AI-related risks including data privacy, security, supplier risk, human oversight, auditability and responsible AI.
- Work with internal AI and technical teams to review AI architecture, data flows and security considerations.
- Create reusable TMotions templates, questionnaires, checklists and delivery playbooks.
- Support sales and pre-sales discussions for AI Security and Governance opportunities.
- Help train internal PMs, BAs, tech leads and delivery teams on AI governance delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in technology, information security, governance, risk, compliance, or related areas.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:

AI Governance, Responsible AI,



or Technology Risk Information Security, GRC, ISO 27001, or ISO 27701 Data Protection, Privacy, DPIA, or Regulatory Compliance

Client-facing Consulting or Advisory Services

Business Analysis within technology, security, or compliance environments

Risk Assessments, Control Mapping, and Maturity Assessments

Executive Reporting and Workshop Facilitation

- Solid customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong documentation, reporting, presentation, and analytical skills. • Good understanding of Governance, Risk, and Control (GRC) frameworks.
- Awareness of AI risks such as data leakage, bias, hallucination, prompt injection, model drift and lack of human oversight.
- Ability to translate complex technical and governance issues into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Sufficient technical understanding to collaborate effectively with AI developers, architects, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills:

- ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
- ISO 42001 knowledge or certification
- IAPP AIGP
- CISM, CRISC, CISSP or similar
- CIPP/E or CIPM
- NIST AI RMF awareness
- EU AI Act awareness
- OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications awareness
- Experience with platforms such as Credo AI, Truyo, OneTrust, Holistic AI or similar.
- Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001 and 27701) and their application in the workplace.
