Ascentium India (Formerly InCorp Advisory) is looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Analyst - Technology Transformation to join our Technology Transformation team.We are seeking a hands-on technology skilled with experience in software development, API integrations, and internal business applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain internal business applications and digital platforms.
• Build backend services, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Work with React, Python, FastAPI, SQL, and relational databases.
• Integrate business applications with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other
enterprise systems.
• Support application deployment, testing (App/API), debugging, and production
maintenance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable
technical solutions.
• Contribute to automation, AI-enabled applications,



and digital transformation
initiatives.

Required Skills
• Software development using Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Frontend development using React or similar frameworks.
• Backend development, Server Management and REST API integrations.
• SQL and database fundamentals.
• Git, testing, debugging, and application development best practices.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Zoho integrations, and AI application
development. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving
business problems through technology, and is passionate about building practical,
scalable digital solutions.
