Key Responsibilities:
- Review foreclosure, judgment, probate, and estate cases to identify recoverable assets.
- Analyze legal claims, lien priorities, competing interests, and risks.
- Evaluate the financial viability and profitability of cases.
- Make decisions on case acquisition, escalation, or rejection.
- Conduct legal and financial research with solid attention to detail.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Good understanding of legal and financial concepts.
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities.
- Good Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in foreclosure, debt recovery, real estate, or legal research is preferred.
