Responsibilities
- Install, Configure And Maintain Security Systems
- Troubleshoot Cctv,
Access Control And Related Systems
- Attend Customer Complaints And Service Calls
- Perform Preventive Maintenance And Amc Activities
- Diagnose Hardware, Software And Connectivity Issues
- Coordinate With Customers And Internal Teams For Issue Resolution
- Prepare Service Reports And Maintain Service Documentation
- Support System Integration And Commissioning Activities
Candidate Profile
- 2 5 Years Of Relevant Cctv / Elv / Security Systems Experience
- Robust Troubleshooting And Technical Skills
- Good Customer-Handling And Communication Skills
- Comfortable Working At Customer Sites
- Willing To Travel Frequently
- Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
