1. RFQ(Request for quotation) release to supplier

2. PR validation- PO creation

3. Post PO activities (Supplier follow up for order acknowledgment/documentation)

4. PO amendment, Order date management

5. Co-ordinate with suppliers and order expedite

6. AP Hold exceptions

7. Positive Communication
