Job Summary

The Zoho Specialist owns the administration, customization and optimization of the company's Zoho One ecosystem - including Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, People and connected applications. This role ensures every department runs on well-configured, automated and reliable systems, turning Zoho into the single source of truth that powers the organization's sales, delivery, finance and people processes.

Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain the Zoho One suite - CRM, Books, Projects, People and related applications - including users, roles, profiles and permissions.
- Customize modules, fields, layouts, workflows and templates to match each department s processes.
- Build automations using workflows, blueprints, functions and schedules to reduce manual effort and enforce process discipline.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership accurate, real-time visibility across the organization.
- Integrate Zoho with the company website, telematics platforms and third-party tools using APIs, Zoho Flow and connectors.
- Manage data integrity - imports, de-duplication, validation rules and periodic clean-up across all modules.
- Support and train users across departments, resolve issues, and maintain clear system documentation.




- Monitor licences, usage and system health, and recommend improvements as the organization scales.
