2. Experience required: 5-8 Years
3. 5 T & 5S Understanding
4. Knowledge of material feeding in WCL way & standard call off
5. Inventory Mangement / Hi-Junka
6. VSM
7. Problem solving techniques
8. Andon escalation procedure
9. Knoledge of customer specific requirement of delivery rating

What we are looking for

1. 5 S audits & insuring every area is owned.
2. 5 T Verification
3. Packaging Material feeding in WCL way & Material feeding with Standard call off.
4. Maintain Inventory level of Finish Goods
5. Perpetual Inventory analysis
6. Non value added work reduction for the dispatch handler & packaging feeder.
7. Optimum Storage Space utilization
8. Monitoring & minimize over flow instances in Finish Goods
9. FIFO Adherence
10. Improve internal & external flows.
11. Andon escalation
12. Follow IATF and ISO procedures in day to day working.(Handling of NC product, CAPA, Andon escalation etc.)
13. Ensure of 100 % Delivery Rating all customer
14. Drive quality circle
