Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and backend services.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SQL, and Microservices. The candidate will work with development teams to build secure, reliable, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
- Develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Develop and maintain microservices-based applications.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Work with relational databases and write optimized SQL queries.
- Perform unit testing and debugging.
- Identify and resolve application defects and production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Integrate applications with internal and external systems.
- Work with Git and standard software development practices.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
- Prepare technical documentation when required.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Core Java.
- Good understanding of OOP concepts.
- Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- Experience developing REST APIs.




- Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases.
- Knowledge of Java Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Java 8+ features.
- Experience with Git/version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Spring Security.
- Hibernate / JPA.
- Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- AWS / Azure / GCP.
- CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Redis or other caching technologies.
- Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of system design.
- Experience with cloud-native applications.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React or Angular.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Or a related technical field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of qualified experience in Java development.
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience building backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
