Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and SQL, along with hands-on frontend development experience using React or Angular.

The candidate will be responsible for developing applications across both frontend and backend layers and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

- Develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Implement business logic and backend services.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Write optimized SQL queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and application security.
- Debug and resolve application and production issues.
- Develop reusable and maintainable backend components.

Frontend Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
- Build frontend applications using React or Angular.
- Develop reusable UI components.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Implement client-side validation and application workflows.
- Optimize frontend performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues.

Full Stack / Engineering

- Participate in application architecture and technical design.
- Integrate frontend and backend components.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Use Git for source code management.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and other engineering teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Contribute to CI/CD and application deployment activities.





Required Skills

Backend

- Strong knowledge of Core Java.
- Java 8+ features.
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
- REST APIs.
- Microservices architecture.
- Hibernate / JPA.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar databases.

Frontend

Strong hands-on experience with at least one:

- React.js
- Angular

Additional frontend knowledge:

- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript / TypeScript
- Responsive web development
- REST API integration

Development Tools

- Git / GitHub / GitLab.
- Maven or Gradle.
- Unit testing frameworks such as JUnit.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good to Have

- Spring Security.
- Kafka / RabbitMQ.
- Redis.
- Docker.
- Kubernetes.
- AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Jenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI.
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Elasticsearch.
- System design knowledge.
- Microservices design patterns.
- Cloud-native application development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Or a related technical field.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–6 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot.
- Practical experience with React or Angular.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices.
- Robust SQL and database fundamentals.
- Ability to work across frontend and backend development.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
