We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to support daily store operations, achieve sales targets, and lead the store team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations and sales activities.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and manage store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and store documentation.
- Ensure store hygiene, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving overall business objectives.
Requirements:
25 years of experience in retail/store operations, with solid communication, leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
