- Around 5 years Experience in managing Backup and Restore with Cohesity Backup Solution
- Expertise in Cohesity: Robust hands-on experience in configuring, managing, restoring and troubleshooting Cohesity backup solutions with knowledge of any other Backup solution is preferable
- Backup & Recovery Management: Responsible for designing and implementing backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor backup infrastructure performance, optimize storage capacity, and address system issues in a timely manner.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide advanced technical support, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting for backup and recovery-related incidents and experience of working with Cohesity vendor
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication skills for effective issue resolution and process improvement
- Should work from Bangalore and willing to be available OnCall to provide 24x7 support
