- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM Production Support.
Strong functional knowledge of:
- Oracle Inventory
- Oracle Warehouse Management System (Inbound and Outbound)
- Oracle Purchasing
- Oracle Order Management (OM)
- Oracle Bills of Material (BOM)
- Oracle Work in Process (WIP)
- Oracle iSupplier Portal
- Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
- Oracle Warehouse Management
- Basic experience of Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, CM, FA and GL)
- EDI Integration, 3 PM and 3 PL Experience
- Strong understanding of Warehouse, Logistic manufacturing, procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting global Warehouse,
Logistics manufacturing and production environments.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Oracle database concepts.
- Robust problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Oracle SQL Technical experience to develop the reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in incident resolution processes.
