Working Days: 5 Days Working + Alternate Saturdays
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Investment Coach to engage with clients, understand their financial goals and investment preferences, and guide them towards suitable investment opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of mutual funds and investment products along with strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential and existing clients to generate investment opportunities.
- Understand clients' financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct investment-related conversations and explain financial products in a simple manner.
- Guide clients on suitable mutual fund investment opportunities based on their goals and risk profile.
- Educate clients on equity, debt, diversification, and long-term wealth creation.




- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to improve conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-ups using CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, financial services, mutual funds, insurance, banking, or customer relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a relevant discipline preferred.
- Working knowledge of mutual funds and basic investment concepts.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-volume calling environment.
- Robust interest in finance, investments, and wealth management.
- NISM Series V-A certification is preferred/mandatory as applicable.
