- Create and develop Design and develop new womens ethnic wear collections, including Kurta Sets, Co-ord Sets, Dresses and Suit Sets.
- Robust understanding of Indian ethnic wear silhouettes, fabrics, prints and embellishments.
- Knowledge of different handwork and embroidery techniques and their application in garments.
- Develop new embroidery, handwork and surface ornamentation concepts.
- Excellent understanding of colour combinations, colour matching and colour forecasting.
