You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring talented IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn.
- Screen resumes based on skillset, experience.
- Conduct initial HR screening and interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required skills

- Any graduate/postgraduate degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of technical roles is an advantage.




- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt to recruitment tools and processes.
