The candidate will be responsible for verifying the authenticity, quality and condition of high-value garments, fashion accessories and luxury products sourced internationally before they are delivered to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect garments, accessories and luxury fashion products for authenticity and quality.
- Identify counterfeit, replica, substandard or misrepresented products.
- Examine product construction, stitching, finishing, labels, packaging, serial numbers, tags and other authenticity indicators where applicable.
- Verify products against available brand/product documentation and international sourcing information.
- Conduct detailed quality checks before products are accepted for client delivery.
- Maintain confidential inspection and authentication records.
- Coordinate with international suppliers and sourcing teams regarding discrepancies or quality concerns.
- Develop and maintain internal quality-control and authentication procedures.
- Ensure that no questionable or inferior-quality product reaches a client.
