Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, EEE, E&I;, ECE, Production, Metallurgy)

Key Responsibilities:

- Press Operations: Manage day-to-day Aluminium Extrusion press operations, monitoring parameters like billet temperature, ram speed, pressure, container temp, and exit temp.
- Alloy Handling: Hands-on experience working with 6005 and 6063 aluminium alloys.
- Die & Downstream Process: Handle die loading/trials/corrections, billet heating, puller operations, run-out table, stretcher, cutting, and aging (T5/T6 heat treatment).
- Quality & Defect Control: Inspect surface finish and dimensions; eliminate defects like die marks, scratches, cracks, bending, twisting, and distortion.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive OEE improvement, scrap/downtime reduction, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Lean, RCA, and CAPA.
