Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
- Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
- Support digital transformation initiatives across wealth management and advisory services.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Reviews.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, Architects, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.
- Support business case development, benefits tracking, and change impact assessments.

Essential Requirements

- Proven experience working in digital environments and transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Protected frameworks, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.




- Excellent Business Analysis skills including:
- Requirements Gathering
- Process Mapping
- Gap Analysis
- User Story Creation
- Stakeholder Management

- Strong domain expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Wealth Advisory.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Requirements

- Knowledge of advisory platforms, CRM systems, RM Workbenches, and digital wealth journeys.
- Understanding of:
- Client Segmentation
- Wealth Advisory Processes
- Proposition Economics
- Business Case Development
- Relationship Manager Journeys

- Experience supporting wealth onboarding, portfolio advisory, investment servicing, and digital client experience initiatives.
