We are looking for a skilled JCB / Excavator Operator to handle earthmoving and excavation work at our Karnal construction site. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of hands-on operating experience and a valid license, with a strong focus on safe and effective machine operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate JCB / Excavator machine for excavation, levelling, loading and site clearance work.
- Carry out digging, trenching and material handling as per site engineer's instructions.
- Perform daily pre-use inspection and basic maintenance of the machine.
- Follow all safety guidelines and site protocols while operating the machine.
- Report any mechanical issues or breakdowns to the site supervisor promptly.
- Maintain daily log of machine working hours, fuel usage and site activity.
- Coordinate with site supervisor and labour team for smooth execution of work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience operating JCB / Excavator on construction sites.
- Valid heavy machinery / excavator operating license.
- Basic understanding of machine mechanics and routine maintenance.
- Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work safely on active construction sites.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Karnal location.
- Basic literacy to read site instructions and maintain daily logs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: INR 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skill set.
