The Litigation Coordinator will support litigation and claims management and work closely with asset management, portfolio management, and legal teams to support the management of litigation, claims, and related reporting.

How You Add Value
The Litigation Coordinator will provide support across the following areas:
- Support the litigation management function and related legal operations.
- Manage the intake and distribution of service of process, pre-litigation notices, subpoenas, liens, enforcement actions, and other legal documents in accordance with established workflows.
- Open and maintain new matters in the litigation management system .
- Coordinate outreach to defense counsel and JV partners, particularly for litigation and claims reporting and audit requests.
- Track litigation matters, claims, and related updates.
- Assist with the management of electronic case files, litigation deadlines, and master calendars .
- Support the valuation reporting process and update valuation models based on feedback.
- Assist with word-processing activities, including summarizing meeting notes and editing/updating litigation team practice manuals and protocols.
- Support ad hoc requests and special projects, particularly related to data, reporting, and litigation management .
- Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and procedures and improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Law firm and/or litigation experience is required.
- Willingness to learn recent technologies and develop technical and functional skill sets.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel .
- Interest in improving business processes and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team .
