Hiring Manger- Record to Report (R2R / GL)

Role: Record to Report (R2R) / General Ledger

Experience: 8+ years

Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA

Responsibilities

- Journal Entries accruals, provisions, prepayments, reclassifications.
- Month-End Close reconciliations, dashboards, SLA adherence.
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations payroll, clearing, suspense, GR/IR.
- Intercompany Accounting – postings, reconciliations, settlements.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.

Skills & Tools

- ERP: SAP, Oracle R12, BlackLine
- Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles

Work Setup & Interview

- Hybrid work mode
- Interview: F2F/ Virtual
