Job Summary

Sigma Airtech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Service Operations Coordinator to coordinate our HVAC service operations, particularly for Daikin VRV/VRF systems.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a Daikin Channel Partner / Dealer / Authorized Service setup and should be familiar with the Daikin Vendor/SAP system, including raising and tracking service tickets and spare-part requirements.

The role will act as a central coordination point between customers, technicians, Daikin, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service complaints and smooth execution of VRV/VRF service activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day HVAC service operations across multiple customer sites.
- Register, raise and track service complaints and tickets through the Daikin Vendor/SAP system.
- Coordinate with Daikin for spare parts, technical support, service cases and approvals.
- Raise and follow up on spare-part requirements and ensure timely availability.
- Coordinate deployment of technicians and service engineers based on complaint priority and site requirements.
- Track technician visits, pending complaints, spare requirements and complaint closures.
- Coordinate with customers regarding complaints, site visits, access, updates and closure.
- Maintain service records, equipment details,



complaint history and pending-ticket reports.
- Coordinate VRV/VRF troubleshooting, repair and service activities with technical teams.
- Coordinate with internal procurement and stores teams for required spares and materials.
- Escalate critical, ageing or unresolved complaints to the appropriate authority.
- Monitor service turnaround time and ensure timely closure of complaints.
- Prepare regular service MIS covering open complaints, ageing, spares, technician deployment and closures.
- Coordinate with project teams during VRV/VRF installation, commissioning and handover where required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in HVAC service coordination.
- Solid preference for candidates who have worked with a Daikin Channel Partner / Dealer / Authorized Service Provider.
- Hands-on experience with the Daikin Vendor/SAP system is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Daikin VRV/VRF systems and service operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple technicians, customer complaints and service sites.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic service MIS/reporting.
- Diploma / ITI , HVAC or related field preferred.
