Job Duties

Typical responsibilities will include:

- Participate in a structured on-the-job training program and develop familiarity with Audit Data Analytics, accounting, assurance principles, and applicable standards.
- Assist with assigned ADAs under the guidance and review of experienced team members, including reading and following relevant methodology in the ADA Procedure Guide.
- Learn and apply foundational Excel, Power Query, and Power BI skills to support ADA activities and related tasks.
- Assist with data preparation, basic validation, reconciliations, completeness checks, issue identification, and documentation using approved tools, applications, and templates.
- Perform basic data validation, reconciliations, completeness checks, and issue identification under supervision.
- Work with stakeholders, ETL team members, and engagement teams under supervision; provide progress updates, raise questions promptly, communicate effectively, and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
- Follow BDOADVANTAGE protocols before requests are delivered to engagement teams; contribute ideas, respond constructively to colleagues views, and support additional responsibilities and projects as required.





Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Education:

- Degrees/Field of Study required Bachelor of Commerce,

Software:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferred
- Knowledge of tools like Power Bi, Alteryx, DAX ,will be an added advantage

- Confident and outgoing individual with solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and ensure that work is of a consistently high standard
- Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, prioritize projects and follow up on routine tasks diligently
