Troubleshoot machine issues related to molding, winding, CNC, and assembly. Manage 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) factors and coordinate with departments to ensure smooth production flow. Arrange materials by coordinating with other departments and resolve production line issues.
Use ERP system for stock monitoring and production data management.
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Skills & Qualities: Practical knowledge of molding, winding, CNC machines, and assembly lines.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in 4M management and documentation skills.
Experience with ERP systems and stock monitoring.
Valuable communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
