Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of post-qualification experience to lead financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, team management experience, and hands-on knowledge of SAP.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and budgeting process across the organization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for senior management.
- Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable business insights.
- Drive forecasting, financial planning, and business performance monitoring.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including collections, customer reconciliations, ageing analysis, and credit control.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other business functions to improve working capital and cash flow.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly and annual financial reports.




- Monitor financial KPIs and recommend process improvements.
- Support management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors during audits.

Required Skills

- Solid expertise in Budgeting, AOP, Forecasting, and Financial Planning.
- Excellent knowledge of MIS reporting and financial analysis.
- Experience in handling and leading the Accounts Receivable (AR) team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Skills

- SAP (FI/CO) Preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI will be an added advantage.
