About the Team

ML Team team plays a central role in shipping scalable and cost-effective data-science

solutions that power products and business decisions across the board. The team builds

and maintains a robust MLOps stack—including a centralized feature-store,

auto-training frameworks, an in-house model serving system, and real-time monitoring

tools. Beyond platform engineering, the team also develops standalone





feature-extraction applications that serve as core IP and provide a distinct competitive

edge in the industry. It's a space where deep tech meets real-world impact, and where

infrastructure and innovation go hand in hand.

What You’ll Own

- Lead and mentor a team of ~10 engineers, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented, and high-performance environment, which includes developing role-specific growth plans and effectively calibrating and differentiating performance across all team members.

- Set clear goals and expectations for individuals and the team, continuously track performance and coach for improvement.

- Collaborate with business, product, and HR stakeholders to align engineering initiatives with company goals, including the ability to push back with logic on priorities and handle conflicts constructively.

- Provide strong technical direction and hands-on support to ensure delivery of scalable and robust solutions. Champion production excellence with a strong focus on observability, monitoring, and debuggability of systems.

- Drive execution of technical deliverables with a focus on quality, timely delivery, and long-term impact, while ensuring execution predictability.

- Support hiring efforts through workforce planning, interviewing, and evaluation with a strong focus on building a diverse and skilled team.

- Set the vision for your team and reinforce a business impact-oriented culture, driving a focus on long-term initiatives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- Solid technical expertise in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and observable backend systems, including the ability to deeply understand systems to challenge design choices and identify failure points, dependencies, and scalability issues.

- Experience driving end-to-end project delivery including planning, estimation, risk mitigation, and execution tracking.

- Solid understanding of SDLC best practices (code reviews, testing,



CI/CD, on-call processes) and driving operational excellence through metrics .
