General Description of Role

Incumbent would be responsible to support onshore design managers to create end client Proposal presentations and also support the Ongoing formatting - formatting of end client proposal documents.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 10+ people
- Previous Design management experience and familiarity and understanding of Brand Matters is a must.
- Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data capture when transferring content in/out of proposals and the database.
- Strong presentation design portfolio demonstrating expert level in PowerPoint 2010 including use of multiple masters, color themes, animations, actions, and video
- Robust sense of urgency as it pertains to client and client team deadlines.
- Proactively follow-up and resolve any issues to ensure deadlines and client needs are met
- Monitors teams operations and performance to proactively manage learning and development of team members and to broaden the depth and breadth of support activities the team is able to provide and manage expectations.




- Take Ownership for the teams performance on project deliverables
- Coaching and development of associates and creates a culture of continuous improvement within design support operations.
- Set Goals, manage annual appraisals
- Lead, inspire, and motivate colleagues, set and manage expectations and proactively and positively engage with colleagues
- Engaging team members, by trying to provide them an opportunity to work on projects of interest to them, whenever possible
- Provide more opportunities to team members to drive and engage more with stakeholder/ requestors
- Actively identify opportunities to seek and provide collaboration on projects, initiatives, skills etc.
- Process standardization in terms of TAT/QC/Work allocation
- Ensure that the Team works as one and collaborates.

- Strong English communication skills to communicate effectively with onshore team members
- Proven aptitude for quick creative thinking with acute attention to detail within demanding deadlines
