- Manage and monitor critically ill and high-risk patients in the ICU.
- Handle ventilated patients, sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, and multi-organ failure.
- Perform airway management, resuscitation, and emergency critical-care procedures.
- Respond promptly to ICU emergencies and patient deterioration.
- Coordinate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
- Provide emergency and on-call support as per hospital requirements.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and follow patient-safety and critical-care protocols.
Preferred candidate profile
Preferred: MD/DNB Critical Care, IDCCM, IFCCM, FNB Critical Care, or MD/DNB Anaesthesia with robust ICU/critical-care experience.
